In order to attach properly, the engine was installed backward, with the VTEC moniker reading upside down and the header exiting toward the firewall, and not toward the grille. The X-Trac runs a triple-plate Ogura clutch, a lightweight Ogura flywheel and spins R32 Skyline axles.

The Honda H22A-based powerplant pumped out a fierce 609 hp on APEX Integration's Dynapack chassis dyno.

Acura Integra Type-R Rally Car

Done around 10 events in the car with only mechanical DNF's relating to axle problems.. We took this car to an uncontested win at Paris and the Production (4th overall) CRNC in 04, Paris G5 win (with a broken LSD) in 06, 5th overall and class win at Rally TN in 05, 3rd in Pikes Peak Open in 06, some other decent results.

The car is extremely competitive and brought us excellent results with a brand new driver. I have tried to hold onto it as long as possible but it's time to move on. The car was stock and run in Production when we bought it, we ran it as a G2 car a couple of times and was run several times in G5 with a Jackson supercharger. It was just run as a rental in Paris and finished with no issues. It will be sold with the following:

ENGINE
Stock bottom end DPR Dan Paramore Racing Stage VI cylinder head with Supertech valvetrain.
Stock header (is severely restricting HP, car is capable in its current form of making well over 200 whp)
Hondata S300 Engine Management
RC engineering 450cc injectors
Moroso oil pan
Thick aluminum sumpguard, pretty quick to remove.
Exhaust: Stock Type-R midpipe, axleback has very short glasspack. Very quiet yet unrestrictive.

ATS 4.9 final drive (2 events from new)
Rebuilt Type-R gearbox (2 events old)

WHEELS/TIRES
We've used two sets of wheels on this car it's entire life more or less.. A set of stock Saab wheels and the factory Type-R wheels. Both 15", one will come with some seriously worn Kumhos and the other with some pretty worn Michelin L82s.
*For tarmac, we have 2 sets of 16" Enkei's with Silverstone S575's. Wheels and tires are brand new, never used.

SPARES
Hubs, knuckles, trailing arms, control arms, suspension mounts, starters, alternators, wiring, we deal with so many Hondas we have just about anything that could go wrong short of an extra engine. You're welcome to everything in the spares bins plus anything else Honda that's laying around (there's a LOT)
